1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of CARD-Y HOLDINGS INC. ("CARD-Y", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Provided

CARD-Y provides virtual prepaid cards ("Card") for online use. Users top up their wallets with Egyptian Pounds (EGP), which are converted to United States Dollars (USD) for use with their Cards. Cards are valid for four years from the date of issuance, and the cost of purchase and service fees are outlined in our Knowledge Base.

3. Beta Phase Disclaimer

Our service is currently in beta. We may experience issues such as:

  • Downtime
  • Bugs
  • Potential financial losses

CARD-Y disclaims all liability for any service interruptions, downtime, or losses resulting from the beta nature of the service. Users accept that while CARD-Y may offer reimbursement for certain issues, it is at our discretion and not guaranteed.

4. User Obligations and KYC Requirements

To use our services, users must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding. This information is shared with a third-party partner for verification, who issues the Card on our behalf. Our partner is PCI-certified to maintain secure transactions.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are outlined in our Knowledge Base and are subject to change with notice. Users are responsible for all fees incurred.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will CARD-Y, its affiliates, or its third-party service providers be liable for any:

  • Direct damages
  • Indirect damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Special damages
  • Consequential damages, including lost profits

arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  • Your use of the Card
  • Violations of these terms
  • Any negligent or wrongful acts by you

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
